How can I return a product?
Kurama Lab Store Returns Policy
You can return items to the Kurama Lab Store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Standard Return Policy
Returns can be organized via our self-help website .
If you have changed your mind, you can return the hardware. Software will be accepted within the same period, only if the software has not been opened. This option is in addition to the foreseen consumer rights on the return of defective products. Click here for more details and read “What happens if I received a defective product?” Section below.
If you wish to return the order, or just some products, go to the self-help website or contact us . Be sure to provide the following details:
- web order number;
- complete address where to pick up the products;
- phone number of a contact;
- preferred time to be contacted by the courier.
After receiving your email, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly indicate this number on the packaging of the products you are returning to ensure a quick processing of the return.

Refunds
As soon as we receive the item. If you have canceled an item you have been charged for it, the refund will begin immediately after sending your cancellation request. The method of processing the reimbursement depends on the payment method originally used.
- If you have used a credit or debit card, the issuing bank will receive a refund within five business days from the date of receipt of the returned items or cancellation request. To find out when the amount is credited to your account, please contact your card issuing bank.
- Kurama Lab Online store with an Kurama Lab Store gift card, you will receive an Kurama Lab Store gift card by email. If you wish to receive an Kurama Lab Store, you need a gift card.
- If you pay with a gift card and credit card in the same transaction, you will be refunded first with the gift card.
Replacement of an article
Items purchased from the Kurama Lab Store in the same country. The replacement of an article is subject to the availability of the product in the store. We recommend that you check the availability of the Kurama Lab Store, or check the Kurama Lab Online Store if the item is available for collection nearby. Customized items and custom-made Macs can not be replaced at an Kurama Lab Store.
Items ordered on the Kurama Lab Online Store that are damaged or incorrect can be returned to any Kurama Lab Store in the same country, or by contacting customer service.
How long does it take to process the refund?
After the products have arrived at Kurama Lab stores, we will begin to process the refund. It takes 5-7 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
What happens if I received a faulty product?
If you have problems with your new Kurama Lab product, contact Info @ Kurama Lab.com immediately to notify you that the product is faulty. Call if you have problems with a non-Kurama Lab hardware product, or feel it is faulty, call Kurama Lab immediately to let you know.
I did not receive the invoice together with the order.
Kurama Lab invoice – Within 2-3 working days of sending the order, you will receive an email from the official Kurama Lab invoice.
